EF V2/V3 skins

The past few days I've spent some time making changes to the Endless Fight Version 2 and Version 3 skins.

For both, I've added a new feature that randomly selects one of our currently ongoing roleplays and displays a brief summary of it's plot (or a bit about it's plot) and links to it.
This changes every time the page is refreshed.

Beyond that most of the changes I've enacted are for EF V2 skin.
Formerly it was pretty much the V3 skin with some minor differences (different colours in a few sections, a different banner) but now it's a lot different. It now features a blue background with a blue banner. Gone are the grey links and they're replaced by blue.

What do you think of the new look for EF V2?

The Blue is defently easy on the eyes for me not saying I didn't dig the orange before. hmm randomly selects the the rps that are active didn't think that was possible and how did you get a breif description on each one?

I really like how the blue turned out too. I think that looks pretty cool and it definitely fits closer to the original banner/logo I'd created.

For the messages, I set the messages I wanted this code to pick from. But set them hidden until specifically called for. (So technically all the messages are there, but you only see one based on a randomly generated number.)

Though when the API gets completed I won't have to stuff everything in the wrappers since I'll just be able to pull directly from the database itself. (So I could just pull like: $forum_description = "31"; and it'd give me forum 31's description. )

Though for now the API is a ways off.

I like the blue skin as well, although I may hold off on using it until spring.
