Curing HIV in Mice
Scientists have successfully used CRISPR (a gene-splicing method) to target HIV and remove it from mice infected with the disease after only one treatment.

Currently this study is still in the early phases, they have yet to move up to trying it on primates (which are closer in structure to Humans).

If this works and they can successfully cure HIV then what do you think they're try to use this for next? What other disease/virus could they take out? (What would you like to see them go after?)
