Nintendo has released a few more details about the paid online service for the switch...
Firstly is the price...
3.99 per month (one month at a time)
7.99 for 3 months
19.99 for a year
34.99 for a family plan for a year. A family plan covers 8 devices.
Set to have 20 NES games at start (with another 10 added soon after) that online subscribers can download and play. They're also set to add new features like online play to games that only had offline modes.
Save to cloud also becomes a thing with the switch saving it's data to Nintendo's servers just in case the switch breaks or you happen to buy a second one.
And finally, the online subscription will be necessary for playing switch games online.
